Peak Performance Prehab is comprised of 3 workshops focusing on three areas: Upper Limb, Core, Lower Limb.
In these workshops, dancers will be explained the anatomy associated around each focused area, common corrections received in class and be provided with practical exercises to improve strength and technique so as to prevent an injury.
Peak Performance Prehab is keen to empower each dancer to take control of their own bodies. Through maintaining adequate strength and technique dancers can expand their dancing potential in a safe and durable manner.
